Yudron Wangmo is a strong believer in the effectiveness of a daily meditation practice, in relieving personal and global suffering. She is currently focused on being a YouTube creator, a writer, and practicing what she preaches. She has a background as a Family Nurse Practitioner and R.N.Β She is an authorized teacher (Loppon) in the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism. She lives at Ngakchang Gatshal, a small residential Dharma center Oakland, California. Her background includes 28 years as a meditating Buddhist, a formal three-year, three-month, group retreat, and three more years total of cloistered solo retreat. She is centered in the practice-oriented tradition of the yogis and yoginis of Tibet. Her main spiritual mentors have been: Lama Tharchin Rinpoche, Adzom Paylo Rinpoche, and Lama Pema Dorje Rinpoche. It was the later who asked her to teach.
